THE countdown is now well underway to our Society’s production of the Disney classic, Beauty and The Beast, which begins on Sunday, February 12 at Ballinrobe Community School. Rehearsals have been taking place since before Christmas and our large, enthusiastic and highly-motivated cast and crew are really looking forward to hitting the stage again. Beauty and The Beast will run for seven nights (February 12 to 18 inclusive), beginning at 8pm in the BCS auditorium. There will also be a new family rate available for the Sunday and Tuesday performances.

IT’S going to be a hectic few months for all involved with Ballinrobe Musical Society as it’s been confirmed that ‘Anthems’ — our show that received rave reviews after a ‘one-off’ performance last September — is back by popular demand. The cast and crew will take to the stage at the Royal Theatre, Castlebar on Friday, March 16 to re-present this unique production which features show-stopping numbers from the world’s greatest musicals.
