Come The Dawn proved to be another successful show for the Society. Following the adjudication process it was to everyone’s delight to learn that the Come The Dawn was to be nominated for three awards.  They were Best Technical (Lighting, Sets and Sound), which we had won in 2010 for the Pirate Queen, Spirit of AIMS/Adjudicators Special Award that was an honour to be nominated in for the second time since 2008.  The final category that we were in was Best Overall Show.  This was to be our third year in a row being included in this category having taken home the trophy the year previous

Ballinrobe Musical Society is delighted to announce details of our upcoming production for 2012.  After much discussion it was decided that Disney’s Beauty and The Beast would be the next show to be undertaken by Ballinrobe Musical Society.  Beauty and The Beast is based on the film of the same name and the Broadway production became the eighth-longest running production in history.  It features some beautiful and well-loved songs such as Be Our Guest and Beauty and The Beast.
